You will never go back to store bought dressing once you try making your own!! It's easy, fast and uber delicious.
Ingredients. 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp grade B maple syrup or honey or a mixture of the two, 1/2 cup avocado oil.
Directions. Whisk together the mustard, vinegar and maple syrup. Add in the olive oil. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
Ingredients. 1 cup fresh basil, 3 tablespoons avocado oil, 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes, juice of 1 lemon.
Directions. Chop basil and whisk together all ingredients. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper
**If you do not have a lemon squeezer - now is the time to invest in one!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice (about 1 large), 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 3 tablespoons honey, 1/4 teaspoons onion powder, 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 cups avocado oil
***If you have grapefruit vineger (which I LOVE) you can use just the vinegar as opposed to the grapefruit juice and red wine vinegar.
Directions: Whisk all ingredients together. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
