, I follow (and coach!) the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® program. It has changed my relationship with food and exercise and given me freedom in my choices while still being healthy. I use it personally every day and I can help you learn how to use it as well.

What is the FASTer Way to Fat Loss®?

 

The FASTer Way to Fat Loss® is an 8-week program that changes your body from a fat storer to a fat burner!

 

With the FASTer Way to Fat Loss®  (also referred to as FWTFL), I will teach you exactly how to dial in your nutrition through tracking macros (grams and/or percentages of protein, carbohydrates, and fats you consume on a particular day...NOT calorie counting!), carb cycling, and intermittent fasting. These nutrition strategies are intentionally paired with effective exercises each day that work in harmony to result in maximum fat loss and increased lean muscle mass, which means you’ll lose weight and inches as you get stronger!!

You’ll participate in a supportive online community where you can ask questions, learn from others, and check in with your daily progress. You will see real results that last and are easily put into practice as part of your life.  

 

 

The FASTer Way to Fat Loss®  is NOT.

 

The FASTer Way to Fat Loss® is NOT a diet! I will NOT ask you to count calories or reduce calories, starve yourself, drink gross shakes or tell you not to indulge in a treats - weather that be wine or doughnuts. It is NOT something you merely survive through to be thrilled you are done at the end of 8 weeks.

What do I find after the 8 weeks?

 

You will find a stronger, more toned, lighter, well rested and less moody (if you’re like me) YOU!

You will teach your body how to effectively burn fat, naturally and with the help of macro tracking. This will result in an increased metabolism, clearer skin, increased confidence, reduced inflammation, and improved hormone levels. You will have an understanding of how to effectively fuel your body to maintain optimal energy levels, learn how to exercise smarter and effectively and realize that this is a sustainable lifestyle that is crazy easy to implement into your busy life.

What is the cost of my investment?​

 

The bigger question would be how much is your ideal health costing you? Continuing on your current course could be costing you more in poor self esteem, lack of sleep, clothes, diet programs, quick fix foods, stress and doctor visits for various reasons.

This program is an upfront cost of $199 which equals out to $3.55 a day...that is less or equal to a coffee a day. Wow, comparing long term health to one coffee a day seems kind of insane. It’s so, so, so worth it!

We will do a prep week to get you familiar with the terminology, schedule and workouts. I will hold weekly videos to answer questions and concerns as well as checking in with you daily. The workouts are given to you and range from beginner to at home workouts to gym workouts (all workouts have a link that you can click and learn how to do it!)

 

Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive guide regarding intermittent fasting, carb cycling and tracking macros.
